We installed a Poujoulat rigid condense header system and Furanflex black vertical flue lining system serving 2no Remeha Gas Eco Pro 610 commercial condense boilers. The old system was leaking badly potentially emitting poisonous combustion gases into the building.
Result
We relined though the existing rigid vertical riser with Furanflex black to seamlessly maintain the internal cross-sectional area of the flue without having to take out the whole of the old faulty system incurring huge building works, cost and the need for inspection hatches. We then finished the Furanflex black lining through an adaptor which connected onto the new common header.
As the boilers served 60 apartments, we had to complete this project within 5 days to save disruption to the tenants.
We supplied a temporary boiler so that the tenants could maintain heating and hot water during the installation to save any disruption.
